Hallucination is on the money with the Dagobah example of Luke's XW/ I can remember R2 being popped out in any scene in TPM, though he does get popped in with some device IIRC.

In Episode I Mace Windu is using one to test Anakin. On the same movie a Versafunction Datapad (gotta check that name) is used in the podrace to keep track of the pilots by the spectators. On Episode III Anakin is seen using one, but I don't exactly remember the scene chronologically... He doesn't really do anything with it, you just see him with it in one hand and then he leaves it in the couch.

My fave is the Rebel Commander on Hoth, he seems to be using it to calculate trajectories for the defence canons... For those that dont recall

Actually, his lines have been re-recorded by Temuera Morrison for the DVD release.

I am quite positive that would belong in the EU Trivia, due to the fact that those bounty hunters were not mentioned at all in the films (with the exception of Boba Fett). That would be under the category of "Movie EU", so it would belong in the EU Trivia.

There were a few actors who made appearances as more than one character - this was mainly in the prequels, with Silas Carson playing 3 roles IIRC, though was Nute Gunray most notably. Ahmed Best(Jar Jar) also appeared in the nightclub scene with Anthony Daniels. The names of these characters are EU questions so arent relevant here. The other actor that has appeared in BOTH the prequels and OT is Warwick Davis, who played Wicket the Ewok and was a spectator in Wattos group during the podrace.

You are correct with ESB !!! It was in the early scripts, but got weeded out by Lucas very early on. I believe the notes were discovered by accident a couple of years ago. There was even some jokey storyboards in there, featuring Fett casually drinking with straw after the Cloud City Confrontation with Solo etc.
