Finshed The Rots Novel
I finaly finshed the ROTS novel last
night and I tell you what I got misty
eyed at the end when Luke and Liea
was born and Obi-Wan and Yoda both
sensed that they would end the empire
but in all its a very very good tie-in
to the movie.I enjoyed it a whole lot
and to I told my Mom this morning that
I finshed it she said I half to read it
five more times before I see the movie
oh boy let me know how loong it took
yall too read revage of the sith novel
and to its rocketed up to #1 on the best-sellers list on USA today

Congratulations! I haven't picked up a copy myself - but I've heard nothing but great reviews! 5 times is a lot - no posting just reading. You can't miss the opening day!

it was a pretty good book... except all the time they spent just talking.... "come to the dark side anakin..." "uhh no it is not right!" and some other stuff

The Dark is generous, and it is patient, and it always wins.
It always wins because it is everywhere.
It is in the wood that burns in your fireplace, and in the kettle on the fire; it is under your chair, your table and your bed.
Walk in the Mid day sun, and it is under the soles of your feet.
The Brightest light casts the darkest shadow.
Join the Dark, do not resist yourself.

I'm not going to read it until after the movie. They say that the books are generally better than the movies, so I don't want my expectations even higher than they are for the movie.

As we all know very well the books are sometimes different then the movies. Im going to wait and see if the sinck up and find out if they are identical in anyway after I see the movie.

Nope, they don't mention Syfo Dias really, they brielfy mention the lost twenty where Anakin was thinking to himself about leaving the Jedi Order.
Did anyone else notice that Chewbacca wasn't mentioned at all in the novel? There wasn't really anything about Kashyyyk... Just mentioned that Yoda was there.

I'm pretty sure there's an EU book out there that explains Syfo Dias' role in it.

I'm definitely hoping for some super-secret-up-to-this-point explanation of sifo-dyas. why would they even add that in if they weren't gonna explain it "officially..." this movie looks to be shaping up to be awesome.
