Clone wars cartoon with ROTS

on some films, before the film starts, they have a small cartoon/animated thing.

I think one that did it was the film The Incredables, which had an odd thing with a sheep before it or whatever. (you guys know what i mean)

So, what would you think if they made the clone wars cartoon into one episode - i think ive read it would be 12 minutes long - and have it before EP3 in the cinema.

What do you guys think?

I havnt seen the clone wars, so i think it would be a good idea.

IM NOT GOING TO BE ON THE FORUMS VERY OFTEN NOW! I MIGHT BE ON TIME TO TIME, BUT IVE BASICLY GIVEN UP THE FORUMS NOW!!!!

it would actually be 2 hours long if they put them all together. 1 hour if they just showed one season . there’s not much point showing one episode because its one big story broken down into parts, not a story per episode.

i don't want anything before Ep III. i don't want to have to stand in line to get my ticket, then stand in line for popcorn, then stand in line to get my seat and then wait another 30 minutes while they show the previews... only then to have to wait even longer for something else. no, just show the movie before the excitement gets too much and I vomit on the person next to me.

I'm sure you'd rather watch the Clone Wars cartoon than a Coca cola commercial( I hate that they do that).

I'd rather they not to it too. Though I'm sure it would increase the sales of the Clone Wars DVDs by a lot.

Oh, I thought the whole series was really short - i dont know how many episodes per series, so it could be wrong.

I stand corrected.

It used to be just 2-3 minutes per chapter, but now they are like 10-15 minutes each.

Eh, what can ya do. Clone Wars volume 1 was released awhile ago, I picked that up a couple of days ago. I'm sure they're all smart enough to release vol 2 on DVD before May 19th... at least I hope so.

*astro treads carefully around in spoilers forum*

thanks to a nice program called ulead dvd movie factory, uncle astro has all the clone wars eps on DVD

I am lucky enough to be going to a showing that has luxury seats, only 29 other seats which do not accomodate kids, and the best bit.....NO previews/ads

cant damn wait

Maybe they can show little flashbacks and compress it to like 2-3 minutes, just to show viewers what the hell was happening, and the changes between EP2 and 3.

The last episode wouldn't really make much sense without the rest of the second part, at least.

They could have a special at the theatres, like the RotK special where they showed the entire trilogy along with RotK.

Of course, it'd make a little more sense to show Episodes 1 and 2... but *shrugs*

That's the last time I buy anything just because it's furry!

Speaking as a person who works as a projectionist at the theater, i know that they wont do the whole Clone Wars Cartoon bit and most theaters will not put 10 mins of previews(thats average) on it as its a 2hr 26min movie. My boss is talkin like maybe 5mins of previews..just so people still have a chance to get in and watch it and not miss much of anything.

and i think that deal like RotK would be pimp.only instead of episode 1 and 2 do ALL OF THE MMAUAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA

<MasterJo> you want pics of me in boxers??? <Rhett>for... research
