.NPC file limit

Is there a hard engine coded .NPC file creation limit? Because if I create a certain amount of NPCs, suddenly JA won't read any new NPCs I've made ingame (such as Yoda) and everytime I try to spawn them or set them as my playermodel they'll be reported in red letters as "ERROR: Unknown" or something like that, any ideas what's wrong here? Does anyone else encounter this issue as well?

Err nevermind, I found a way to get around it by stuffing multiple NPCs in one .NPC file...
