Where's "Ranger" Ford?

This might seem like a stupid question, but which Ford are you supposed to redeem your scavenger hunt items with?

Ranger Ford is in the Geodesic Whatsa Whatsit area. It's where you first go to get to Sasha Nein. He's somewhere outside the barbed wire fence. He has a distinctive ranger-style hat and uniform on.
