server help jk2!

ok i go to create server and then switch it to internet. then start it up. i have no firewalls and im guessin its becuase of the hitch warning thing becuase it keeps showing up. plz help

when first loading up the server, dont worry about hitch warnings, all the hitch warning is saying there is lag.. if you get hitch warnings while people are playing, try and tweak your settings a lil better..
