Natasha grabbed her last pair of clean clothes and went to change. After she returned to her cabin, she put everything in her knapsack and put it on the bunk. She reached for the envelope, put it in her pocket and went to the secret cave.

Ness walked over to the docks.
"Okay Lake, I don't like you and you don't like me, what's it gonna take for you to lay off?"
The mysterious hand that embodies the lake began to perform a very elaborate bending of light onto the beach that seemed to point out a small mound of sand. Ness dug it up and found an old boot.
"...you better be kidding me, a boot?!!??! Fine, take it"
Ness threw it into the water and the hand caught it and evaporated. Ness then left for the cave.
There, all plotholes wrapped up.

Natasha was sitting in the cave when she saw Ness. She threw him a soda with TK and said, "We gotta finish these before we leave. I don't want the squirrells breaking in and drinking my soda, even if it's flat."
