Also the clone hands are the same as the old ones, but he hasnt made new textures for them yet or just didnt send it to us yet.

If you are talking about the ARC Troopers, sadly I misplaced the guy and his user page who custom made them, I'm sure they are for sale and I might try to find that link again if you are interested =D

A hand plate would be nice, it looks a bit... flat, that's the only spot that still looks flat.

If anyone does make Neyo, Mars could easilly make the mini shoulder pad. The skinner could just paint the font buckle straps on.

The helmet can be textured form the EP III Republic StormTrooper helm mesh quite easilly, then just tack on this symbol 4 times, I noticed that the arms and legs use 1 part of the texture map together this would create 6 symbols instead of 4 but with a bit of .skin editing to make the right arm and leg point to the Neyo arm and leg the 6 symbols can be avoided.

:EDIT: I think the legs have individual maps now that I look at it again.

This would definetly require a new helmet mesh, the complexity of it has only been tackled by Hapslash so far, but same with Neyo on the strap and pad.

if you want a custom helmet made you can ask me, I am willing to model any helmet BUT Bacaras and the *beehive* Troopers as Hapslash calls them.

Also, I plan for my Yellow (Commander) ARC Trooper to be the only clean one.
Red (Captain) will have the most scratches and burns, blue (Soldier) will have least gritty detail

Yeah, Cuillere... you should use this image for an example. The visor needs work, but dont worry... I can model this.

O.k. alot of you guys are wanting a model to see while your working on skins. I have began to weight the model. Rough weights will be available soon. I will give you a MD3 file for modview, so you can work your skins better. Hang tight! Mars out

I await your move, and I need to redo the Torso already, I put the Rank dots on the wrong side of the breastplate, that's alot of selecting I'm going to have to redo...

:EDIT: Torsos fixed, and I don't mind if your torsos are different, I don't mind redoing my stuff to them.

I'm using Photoshop CS 2 and I think I managed the peeling paint effect by erasing with grundge brushes, but it isn't accurate, if you want to help me maybe you could PM me with a tip or two.

I'm waiting for my ARC stuff, the Torsos and Helms are done unless I can chip some paint off the blue and red one a bit.

Take your paint, copy and paste it as a new layer.
go to your background, color it gray and dodge it to at least 200 200 200 gray
go to new layer and use some grunge brushes you can find on deviantart.com's resources page use them to erase away the color causing a chip effect.
I bet thats how he does it. I tried it on my blue Soldier helm I got a nice effect.

After comparing the shots a bit further, I've noticed that the black area connecting the neck part of the armour to the torso seems a bit larger than it should be; it's smaller in the authentic screenshot of the 501st Trooper.

Perhaps you should consider lessening the black area, or perhaps Neomarz could shrink the size of that on the model itself.

On the other hand, the angle the authentic picture shows the trooper could make that area appear smaller than it actually is, and my critique may be a bit too nit-picky.

I just sent Tesla the MD3 for Arc Clone. Unfortunately, this model has some major clipping issues with the shoulder pad, and skirt. I'm going to have to fix this. Marzout

Oh, I just opened up model, are you planning to do the parts list for the RANKED ARC Troopers I am skinning, or are you done with the ARC Trooper Meshes.

And make the boxes on the waistcaot detachable, the ARC Troopers I planned don't use them for accuracy, BUT I'll keep them if your done; as above.
