Custom Titles Question
I know that, in order to get a custom title, you have to have 1000 posts or more. But I read somewhere (I forget exactly which section of the site it was) that the title system was down, and that you couldn't get them anymore, even if you have more than 1000 posts. Has this been fixed yet?
EDIT: Just to add to what I said above, can you change your custom title whenever you feel like it, or do you have to ask for it to be changed, or do you have to stick with the same title forever?

Looks like it's working for me.
You can change your title whenever you want.
Just go to the User CP and Profile and change it .... once you hit 1000 posts that is.

I think he means do't spam a bunch just to get 1000 posts. It has to happen organicly.
Just because people think what I say don't make sense, doesn't mean I don't like popsicles.

Correctomundo.
Sorry, I'm part at fault here, I should have used a smilie.
Its easy to missunderstand things when you don't get to see the body language of the other person.

80% of communication is non-verbal, Internet Forums are fun.
Just to clarify, there was nothing wrong with the custom titles, it's the Ranks that haven't been sorted yet (like, when you get a certain amount of posts your title changes automatically). Custom titles have always been fine for those with more than 1000 posts (or Mods, Supermods and Admin, obviously)

^Of course mods and admins have titles: who ever heard of a staff member with <1000 posts?
I haven't seen any that I can think of.

So, Doc: Can we look forward to seeing you as a Mod for the Kotor series? It seems appropriate, you and Rob Qel-Droma.

Uh, no. Forum staff makes their own decisions on who to promote to moderator.
And if you'll take a look at the forum staff link at the top of the main page, you'll see our roster of admins and super mods. Some of them have a lot less than 1000 posts. Post count means nothing.
Nothing more to see here, people. Move along.
have a suggestion for the lf poll? pm me
