Intro-psychological Exploration
Only way I can explain it. I wanna know, how many other cases have you seen it? It was quite prominent in PsychoNauts but any others? I'll name some:
Earthworm Jim 3D:The game takes place entirely in a cow induced coma.
The Simpsons: (the one where Marge becomes a writer)When asked to review a paper we see Lisa's jealousy, respect, and libido argue within her mind.
Family Guy: (the one with the welfare fraud... I think)When Peter says "it feels like accountants are running adding mahcines in my head" we see exactly that.
Invader Zim: (halloween special)Most of the episode takes place inside Dib's head.
Any others?
I'm done putting links in my signature because every time I do it just links to some old crap I've long since stopped updating.

"The kraken stirs.
Ten thousand sushi dinner cry for vengeance."

Sexual desire, a little confusing, the dialogue went something like this:
(Lisa's Brain)
Respect:This is very good! Mom has outdone herself!
Jealousy:What about us though? We will lose ALL the attention!
*shows libido chained up in a cage*
Libido:Let's make out with boys! Set me free! ANARCHY WOO!
Respect:Nuh-uh, you aren't getting out until we're 15.
Speaking of which, I will be 15 in seven hours. START PRAISING ME... NOW!

"A few times in my life I've had moments of absolute clarity. When for a few brief seconds, the silence drowns out the noise and I can feel rather than think, and things seem so sharp and the world seems so fresh. I can never make these moments last. I cling to them, but like everything, they fade. I've lived my life on these moments. They pull me back to the present and I realize that everything is exactly the way it was meant to be."

I know. If you moved in with me we could be sisters. You could go to my school and we could ridicule the popular kids together. That would rock so hard!!

I don't reveal my age on the internet. Perverts and all.
