What currently can be done in BFII?

Well, I want to know what is possible to mod in BFII, and maybe a little about how it's modded.

It's kind of a vague question, but I'm having trouble figuring it out from forum threads

I am able to MOD any voice on SWBFII, both CIS & Clones, Rebels and Imps, Jedis and siths, you name it.

Right now I am placing homer Simpson voices to the clones (instead of AAaaargh! you get Dohs!) and vintage transformers voices to the CIS just for fun!
