A very noob question

I know this is a noobish question but I was wandering how do people make mods for the game if it isnt released?
Im just wandering, no need to flame me.

BTW. Cant wait for the demo, its coming this month right?

Well this has been discussed before. Right now mods are in a developmental stage, meaning they are only making concept art and models for the mods. When the game and its modding tools are released than modders can actually begin implementing their models into the game.

Thats what I thought. I mean silly me how could I think theyre already making mods if the game isnt released LOL! Anyway thats for answering this!
