if you're to leave it, mess around with your idea of bunching the cape up on that shoulder more so. So people will recognize it being bunched up without being told.

the model looks excelent and im sure the cape will too. one thing, that electrostaff is enourmous, there should be a new one made. the electrostaff in the movie was about as long as a bo staff which isnt much longer in overall length than a lightsaber with blade out would be. the effect should be new too, that one is good but the purple box has got to go. the staff there is so big around that it clips through all the fingers. you should also throw in a new staff thats closer to the movie, weapons like that are easy to make even though i dont think ive seen a weapon from you marz. :P

He made Zam Vessels Rifle along with her some time ago.
Anyways I sent the staff to Marz though it was not skinned since I'm not a texture artist.

It's kinda hard to get the dimensions right since, in the movies the IG's are 1,95 metres tall and their staff is slightly taller than them.
Since you can't achieve that in JAMP I had to scale it down a bit and I think I did well.

File Ready for download

O.k. here is V 1.0 for download. I may still make more changes later. This version has NPC support (which makes the model taller). I have the headless, grey, red, and blue varients. Fixed electrostaff. Cape, and Non cape varients... but I couldnt really come up with a suitable replacement for the cape. I tried re-weighting is several different ways, but this is the way that works the best. I adjusted the cape for less clipping. Hope you all enjoy it. Marzout

this is seriously now one of my favorite models! i started making one not knowing you were already nearly done with yours since i rarely come here :P but i made the body of mine differently, instead of the torso being one mesh i modeled each piece of armor so it gave it more definition but these things were hard to find good refs of =\

Tell me about it! It was tough finding good refs. I'm sure you could find things that I added that probably were not on the actual droid. I found a ref shot of the "back", and realized that I was off, but I like the skin I came up with better, so I left it! Marzout

Marz how many weapons did you do for AOTC TC back in the day? I just came across about 20 unfinished weapons, with only uvmaps for some. Weve got sevaral clone weapons, naboo guns, several ep2 guns, plus more stuff. So thats why I wanted to know.

I developed Zam Rifle, Zam Pistol, Aurra Sing sniper rifle, but only the Zam Rifle made it in game. I never have imported a weapon into the game. I know I could probably figure it out, but I just never have put one in. I think its pretty much just a couple tags, and proper placement. I may toy around with a weapon, since I dont have any immediate plans for a player model. Marzout

meh all you would need to do is drape it over the shoulder and use edgeloops on the cape much like you would a human shoulder and then rig it like one and it should come out very realistic.

Hatrus maybe, Gawd I dont really remember. It's been a long time. Maybe Psyko remembers, He was on the team too. I dont think having those models is a bad thing. Marz, I detect two bugs:

1: Your shader file is messed up massively. You have two different shader entries for each torso for example. I've fixed this already (and if you want i'll give you the file), but DAMN. PLEASE don't mess up shader files, you can completely screw over other people's work this way if yours is used.

2: The _spec files for the red hands (handsred_spec) and grey hands (handsgrey_spec) are totally missing, with handsred_spec specifically mentioned in your shader file. Further, it's clear the grey hands were supposed to have a _spec file (like the other two), but it was left out in the shader file and handsgrey_spec also does not exist. Either way something's wrong.

So yeah. handsgrey_spec and handsred_spec are missing, and the shader file is messed up in general.

On a side note, I released OJP holster files for this model here:

The icon showed up in profile before I started a ffa. When I was in the ffa in the menu the icon wasen't there and I did evry thing you said

There is no Icon for this model varient. It is considered a secret model. You can get the model by doing the above steps, but you will not have an Icon. If you make an Icon as stated above, you will need to make a skin file titled "model_default_headless", then make an icon (jpg. format) and title the icon "icon_default_headless" (without quotes). The only reason I did not include an Icon is that people get upset when you clutter up there model selection screens with extra model skins.

Keep in mind that the icon will not show up in team matches (red or blue), such as "team free for all", etc... You will need to design a different title skin file for that. I hope this helps. Marzout
