HK-47
Hello, I was just wondering if I can still go fight the sand people and not have HK-47. He's really expensive but I interrogated that mechanic to lower it down to 2500. That's still expensive. So, yeah, I was just wondering if I can get him after. How do I get money? I've done the swoop racing already.

is it possible to continue to the Sand Dunes without HK-47 or I need him to talk to the Jawas? Where can I sell stuff? And how do I sell that head plate thing?

you need to get HK47 to do the quest I think.
Oh, always play LS for the tuskens, then you can get the good stuff...
after doing everything and listening to thei story, temporarily giving them the dragon pearl. THEN you can deliberately open up a basket behind the story teller and piss everyone off, and KILL THEM ALL!!!
Oh, not only do you get your dragon pearl back, but the story teller have another unique staff!!!
To sell headplates you go to the hunter's bar and sell it to the guy who buys trophys.

Sell the head plates to the Ithorian in the hunting lodge. You can sell the rest of your stuff there, too, come to think of it.
Yes, it is possible to do the quest without HK-47, but you have to fight and kill all the sand people. No harder than the peacful solution, really.

Whether you need him for the Sand People or not, you should still get him. He's worth every credit.

HK's comments are worth every penny! 
You can also sell the wraid plates to Suvam on Yavin station--he pays a little more.

And also, HK itīs a very important part of the in-game history. And it also appears in Kotor 2. So I would encourage all you to buy it. Also it has some quite funny mods like the kill yuka laka mod.

If youve got enough credits for that overpriced junk Suvam has then you can pay a measly 2500 credits for HK-47. Besides hes funny and hes a powerful ally to have on your side. Besides you can always download that patch to kill Yuka Laka and get all your creds back anyways so theres nothing to lose.
