Unit limits
Is there anyway to increase the unit populations limits for the space battles?

yes and this should be in the mod section
If you go under Factions you should be able to
but first you have to extract the XML files...You can go and download one...sorry for the belated reply...

go to http://empireatwar.filefront.com/fil..._War/Mods;5502 and look for your unit increase mod or you could add AEM4.5(Absolute enhancement mod) or steiners advanced units. they bump population caps to over 30.
