Force dual and staff users into single mode in Holocron FFA without Saber Offense.
The logic here is simple.
In Holocron FFA, staff and dual effectively get the benefits of a single user at Lv. 3 Offense and Defense, only they can do it without the holocrons in question. That is ludicrous and HUGELY, HUGELY imbalanced.
It is not possible to argue that doing this would violate the OJP Basic spirit, it is not changing basejka's gameplay because Holocron was never IN basejka in the first place!
