Field/Space Commanders
Do they add 25% health to EVERYONE in the battle or just their squad/ship?

I would assume that it's to every ship/squad/vehicle in the army/fleet. Not much point in using up 1000 credits and 1 pop unit if they didn't provide bonuses to the entire army/fleet.

I always assumed they gave their bonus to everybody, though I wonder about heroes and what happens with several commander on the field do they add or are the others just wasted?

To me, it seemed more like they added HP to the capital ship they were housed in, I found no real difference other than that during combat.

I don't really see a difference, but my enemy always targets that ship, freeing all the other from blast-ness.
