I became aware of it through CGW putting the episodes (1-8) on its DVD. It pwns big time.

Did you download episode 8? Does it have issues with the sound lagging behind?

Episode 8 plays fine for me, but I have to watch it in Windows Media Player for it to work for some reason... it's probably my favourite episode.

Having them on DVD sounds cool... I hope they release that through the n00b store.

Erm, they didn't put it there in DVD format, they just had the files.

Are English magazines as crappy as American? I've seen some PC Gamer issues and subscribe to CGW, but they suck greatly compared to what GameStar or the other German mags put on their DVDs. Usually they separate DVD content (playable in any DVD player) from files. They have game reviews done by the mag's editors, game trailers, movie trailers, fun videos by the staff using blue screen, specials... A GameStar DVD is good for several hours of entertainment, the CGW DVD usually lasts minutes (Pure Pwnage flicks being the exception).

I don't like CGW and PC Gamer is okay... I'm a PC Zone man myself. I don't know how it compares to German magazines, but I like them. They keep things interesting and don't take themselves too seriously.

Oh, and Consolvania or whatever it's called also rocks, though I don't think the two shows should be compared. ;

I've downloaded some of their stuff, but don't like it overly much. Gimme some good old fashioned Red Vs Blue instead.
