Of course it's playable. There's been a ScummVM port for the DS for a while now... it's not any more or less legal than running any other homebrew software on your DS. Getting it to run is a long drawn out process, though, but if you're really curious, just a bit of Googling can reveal the hardware and software necessary to do so.

Well...if you get it to run, then can u keep it on there, or do you have to keep doing the process over and over again if you turn it off?
