Hero Mod REquest

I wanted to request a amll mod, that does the following changes:
- enables all heroes of the side for each planet
- removes the time limit for using them
- allows them to be selected from the start.
Is that possible?

if you want them to be able to be selected from the start...
when you are making the server or game list to be played, click on the heroes tab on the left side. set to "timer" then "always" for both bars which is to the very left

for example... Darth Vader is only selectable in 2 planets. what if I want to make him available for all planets?

not possible as far as i know without making a completely new map

is there a mod to make heroes tougher? I mean, to make them take much less damage and to give them infinite force gauge?

is there a way to make heroes the unit that they are in Mos eisley for all maps? I mena, instead of a time limit they have the energy bar like every other unit?
