Help w/ hyperlinking

I can't get the hyperlink button to work, when I do it refreshes the page, but does nothing.

If some buttons don't work, you can just use vb code. The syntax for posting hyperlinks would be:

[url=http://www.lucasforums.com]blabla[/url] 

The above code gives:
blabla
