i got j a modeling tools just now and i tried to open a skin but i cant find one can someone please tell me what A-tool i need to use and B-what i need to do?

A skin (In my mind anyway) is a texture. So it's an image file. What you need to do is open the image in an image editor. If you mean a model well first you need a modelling program like MilkShape, GMax or 3DS Max.
