They're using an emulator to take the screenshots for those... I dunno, I just thought it was kind of funny.

The games are developped on computers, not directly on the GBA. Besides, how would they take a screenshot from the GBA ?

Yeah, I was at my local Radioshack a few weeks back, and there was this computer with a file labelled GBA on the desk top. I opened it and voila! A few GBA games were there.

They ought to be legal to use (the roms) if you own the game (oops, Radioshack!), though in the past Nintendo has tried to claim that since they haven't officially released any emulated versions of their games for the, any emulation of any nintendo game is illegal (of course some Nintendo system games HAVE been released, like the NES Contra and CastleVania series, so they must only be referring to games they actually created themselves, not liscensed titles).
