I feel all kinds of anxious waiting for Telltale to release it, but I'm so relieved to know that this game actually came out. I wonder who all is doing GameTap though, thought most of us weren't...

Not really a spoiler
spoiler:I haven't played it yet, but I've figured something out Metallus is a giant smartass. I'm still waiting on my check from the crummy job I quit but I expect to have some cold hard cash pretty soon. I did however manage to pick up "Sam and Max: Special" off of Ebay for $15.

Well, I just got done playing for about an hour, havent beat it yet! I like it alot, I wont post anything about plot or puzzles, just the gameplay and style.
spoiler:The gameplay and the style rock. It feels great to play a new point and click adventure, full 3D, looking awsome, AND its Sam & Max. Lots to click on. I like the voices also. All around, I already love it.
You should be playing the game right now.

I finished the game (took me a little under 4 hours).
Pros: Max's voice. Nice visuals. GREAT humor. Deep dialogue trees. Lots and lots of little details and easter eggs that you may miss the first go around.
Cons: Sam's voice. Puzzles way too easy and not enough of them.

The game is only four hours playing time, but it would only be fair to finish the other 30 games I own but have never found time to play.
Besides, I still haven't even played Bone.

I'm pleased, although the comedic timing seems off. Hey hey, Telltale had the balls to make fun of scientology.

Someone deserves an emmy nomination! I think at times the clicking to move was frustrating, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The jokes were rapid fire enough that it's okay that several fell flat.

They made fun of Scientology? Telltale is the best! But they are going to get sued now.

A highly publicized lawsuit is just what Telltale needs for that extra boost with the common man!

Boscoe should be redone by Samuel L. Jackson.

Wouldn't it make more sense if Sam was revoiced by Samuel L. Jackson? Yeah, none of the secondary character voices really impressed me. If they throw Flint Paper in for any future episodes, I hope they get him right.

I really enjoyed it! I'm not very used to adventure games, so the difficulty level was just perfect for me. Hope they make the coming episodes harder though...

At least two of the upcoming episodes should involve a road trip, at least one should involve aliens.
spoiler:Sam asks Boscoe for vegetables in the shape of famous naturalists
spoiler:Boscoe cuts off halfway thrpugh saying Telltale was out to get him

spoiler:What? You expect Telltale to actually make new settings instead of just rehashing the ones they already made?
spoiler:I bet Sybil will have a new job next episode. Any idea what the overarching storyline is?
