Rogue Squadron 2 for the PC

Does anyone here know when Rogue Squadron 2 will come out for the PC? I'm asking because I'm not going to get the Gamecube, as I already have a PS2.

Gamecube is an advanced system, it would probably take some work to make it on the PC while still attaining superb graphics.

They said there would most likely not be a PC port of the game, or any other port for that matter. This is because so much of the programming is Gamecube specific, I believe.

Hmmm...I'm sure I read somewhere that Rogue Squadron 2 would come out for the PC, but a long time after it came out for the Gamecube, late 2002 or early 2003. I just wanted a second opinion on this.
