Normally, I would say Handmaiden, but seeing as you've got her paired with Disciple, I'm gonna have to go with Kreia...

Kreia is an obvious choice in a group due that feat that allows you to get more Exp.

Anyway, my favourite party member is probably HK-47. A lot of interesting dialgs, funny and effective in combat.

I wonder why everyone hates the "fat one". He's only there to remember you of your meaningless

I voted for Kreia, but really it's a tie between her, Atton, (edit: Jolee), and HK, then Bao Dur is second.

@obi-wanrules, you should split all of the choices that have more than 1 character because some people like 1 of them but not the other. Especially the one with the droids which has one of the most liked characters and one of the most disliked.

Atton. I like his little quips.

From MST3K's spoof of "Hercules Unchained"--heard as Roman medic soldiers carry off an unconscious Greek Hercules on a 1950's Army green canvas stretcher: "Hi, we're IX-I-I. Did somebody dial IX-I-I?"

Kreia. She's the only manipulative Sith Lord (you fight), and the one only party member who really seemed to have her own agenda. Even by KotOR I standards, she had a lot to say. Her dialogue was absolutely full of stuff relevant to the main plot (a nice change from other party members) and having a mentor-like figure was an improvement.

GO-TO is a close second, though.

Kreia - an awesome, original and cool character. All the others were more or less stereotypes commonly seen in video gaming, but Kreia and interaction with her was pure genius.

This really is an absolute no-brainer for me.
He's so fun to dress up in dark jedi robes too. Can I just get a good pair of virtual scissors and put him here in my living room?

Atton. Yup.

Don't you dare, put HK-47 with G0-T0.
Even how stupid Goto is... I still voted for HK/T3/G0.

No in all seriousness, HK-47. Atton came in second.

GOTO's purpose in the game is now clear to me. His reason for being is so that mod creators will have a party member to replace when creating a new henchman for you. Nobody would miss GOTO. Heck, most of the time we're talking about what horrible things we'd like to do to the useless ball of scrap. Die, Goto, Die.

My fav would be a toss up between Visas, Atton, and Bao-Dur, although to me, Bao-Dur was the most creative. I've played TSL 3 times I think, and I have yet to let Disciple join the party - so I really don't know whether I like him or not.

Goto's purpose in the game, to me, is a symbolism of Revan's crusade to save the Republic. Both Goto and Revan want to save the Republic. Both Goto and Revan betrayed the Republic, by committing treason againt the Republic...in order to save it. Goto and Revan has done actions that seem evil (Revan with the Jedi Civil War, Goto with the Jedi Bounty) but actually are motivated by alustric means, only to help the Republic...

But Goto hates the Republic. He only serves it because of his programming. And I think the Republic and us hate Goto. But if that so, then why do we love Revan for the exact same things that Goto has done? I speculate that Goto exists so that we indeed hate him, and then question why do we love Revan. He is an counterpoint to Revan's fanboys/fangirls/fanbots in the KOTORII game...and make us wonder if Revan is really a good person after all.

Goto is therefore very symoblic. However, I still hate him. It would have been better had he not been in the party...instead maybe contacted us via holograms and given us orders from there, wiring me credits and giving me advice in defeating the enemies. I liked working for Goto, though, when Goto wants me to use him, I just use him as a coatrack.

Has to be Mira because she drags her mind along in Nar Shadda's gutters. Here's two examples.

"Maybe someone just jammed a power converter up your ion exhaust and switched it on full."

"Well it's not really a competition. I mean, you're kind of an idiot, Atton. And you don't shower enough. And you scratch your...equipment, when you think no one's looking."

^^Cut dialog. There was supposed to be several cutscene between Atton and Mira regarding F!Exile.

My choice is Bao-Dur. Because he's the only normal person on Ebon Hawk. That and he's sexy.

That would be cut content of Atton worried that Mical might be interested in the Exile. Shem was kind enough to slip it into the game, and Team Gizka I'm sure have a mod to replace loads of cut content. There's a list of some of the cut content but the site seems to be down at the moment.

He actually has some interesting stuff to say on the Republic. His past history as an infrastructure droid turned criminal mastermind was also intriguing.

He also struck me as more intelligent than the other party members. While they're all going on about how wonderful/awful killing people is, he's trying to stabilize the economy. It was a good twist to have someone who could truly save or ruin the galaxy without possessing any ties to the Force.

Major QFE...

I thought G0-T0 was a very interesting character as well.

Now Hanharr on the other hand...

GO-TO would've been good, if he hadn't been a Party Member. Depending on gender, Mical or Brianna would replace GO-TO and Hanharr would be an NPC who is Mira's rival on Nar Shaddaa and Malachor V and you don't control him. If GO-TO had kept the Exchange together, then I wouldn't mind him as much.

Kreia.

She's one of the few properly 3-dimensional characters, IMO, and one of an extreme few with a decent amount of dialogue.

Why does everyone like Kreia? I hate her, when u defeat her at Trayus Core on Malachor V she has like 869 HP! And i didn't even have 200. Thats the downside on Consulars

I have to agree with many here, that Kreia was one of the characters that was completed. I preferred to have her as a master than Bastila, since Kreia was a different sort of person to Bastila. TSL is a very underrated game and it's party members are also underrated. The crew in KOTOR seemed to like each other straight away, which annoyed me.

Yeah, and in TSL everyone "slept with vibroblades" (to quote someone, lol), cause they didnt trust each other, many hated their crew companions.

On the first Kotor, only HK-47 seemed to despise someone, everyone, actually.

The romance is subtle, if you have learnt Force Sight from Visas and you are male...after you enter the Jedi Enclave, Visas will act you to see who you really are. I see that as being pretty romantic.

I hate her as a boss (though to be fair, she is harder than the other bosses, so it is good), especially the floating lightsaber which felt out of place and needed foreshadowing to make it effective, but as a character, she is swell.

There was a bit of a spoken battle between Bastilla and Carth, and Carth and Mandalore, and I think there was a part where Vao and Carth dispied each other...but that wasn't really explored a lot, and for the most part, everyone love each other.

I mean, you didn't see Carth and Jhunani or Vao and Bastilla breaking out their vibroblades and killing each other over Revan (referring to the cut content of "Disciple vs. Atton" and "Handmaiden vs. Visas" in K3).

Yeah, but such discussion dont mean they disliked each other, I mean, every group argue sometimes, and thats a good thing.

Because Mission is 14.

Seriously, the KOTOR was classic Star Wars, lighthearted adventure stuff. The second sought to be how ESB was and went with a far darker, more mature tone, which judging by RotS could be a direction Star Wars is heading.
