Listening to something more electronic for a change, as variation from my metal/rock spree over the past few months. This kind of music is nice while doing other things (playing games, coding etc) too since there isn't as much lyrics to pay attention to, it's more of an overall sound/music thing.
Lack of Comprehension by Death from one of the best albums ever, Human. Even if you are not into metal or death metal you should at least listen the intro, it is made of pure and beautiful ingenuity. Really.

You seem to have seem to have taste in metal music. That FFDP song seems to be "hate me" from their first album, with some alt. rifts and what not. But ATR is one of the most amazing bands I've seen live.

Recently i have not been able to get enough of the band All That Remains, and after buying one of their albums, i found my new favorite song, and its 100% instrumental. A first for me.
The newest rock stuff of the past several years hasn't really been my can of chodiepop. Still I guess this one is okay since I've listened to it here and there:

I like that song. Been listening to it for a few years.
Next to R.E.M. and Mink Deville, Talking Heads and John Hiatt were the bands that could be heard the most at home when I was little. It has met with a little revival with me personally. There's one modern band, however, that has been my favorite band for years now, with great rock ballads and an amazing lead vocalist.
