Need someone to finish this plz

Hey all, I need someone to finish this skin for me, i have no idea what needs to be done to it. It was posted on Rk:Redemption, im a member of the forums there, and they released a trashed Kenshin skin. The skin can be found at :http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7405O4HB

If someone could finish it for me please, and send me the finished version, or post it here on the thread, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I overlooked another person who had asked this on a seperate forum, and someone replied that it had to be weighed. if that helps.

Oh btw, it needs to be Rigged and exported, its a raw model, It hasnt been made into a Pk3 format though.

If its a skin it does not need to be weighted or rigged.

Well, I don't have the right software to do it for you, but I suggest going to the FileFront forums and asking there. Also, post some pics of the model.
