you must learn the ways of gmax and only then will you complete your training (sorry couldnt resist) theres a way to directly edit the main part you want or you could even try scaling the entire thing but you need to find the tutorial on how to save the changes properly

Do you know ho to change the radius in a lightsaber hilt? Could anyone help me, tell me how to do it, please?
The way I work in 3DS Max, I use scale and when I select the model I have choice of the axis I want to change x,y,z. So I guess it should work in a same matter for a hilt eccepted I never tried for a hilt.
