[Spoilers] Planescape: Torment troubles...

Ok... so, I dug out the old classics a couple of weeks ago and I've been plaything through Planescape: Torment in the limited free time I have. Issue: I've only just remembered that you actually need junk to access to portal to Pharod and in a mad inventory clear-out I threw that particular item away.

I'm loathe to the idea of wandering around Sigil looking for things I have dropped so does anyone know of any way I can get my junk back? I never thought I'd actually ask that question in my life...
