ArmBand Skin Changer

Once upon a time I found a mod that enabled the player to add an armband that would change his/her appearance. For instance, one could equip a particular armband and it would make the player look like one of the sith officers, or malak. I can't remember what or where this mod is, can anyone give me a hint or point me in the right direction?
