Me and a buddy of mine are starting a up a brand new RP server and we're looking for people to join. As of posting, the server is not up yet but if we can get enough people (maybe around 10) willing to RP with us, we will launch the server and establish a great RP community.

I encourage you to at least check out the forums if you love to role play in Jedi Academy. I hope to create a great RP community and have a lot of fun.

Quoting from the Rules thread:

"Threads discussing RPG issues are allowed, but not threads advertising other RPG sites, or general threads that belong in the Swamp or other JK forums. Such threads will be closed or moved to the appropriate forum."

Now, I don't think your thread will be closed... just moved, since you're not advertising another RPG forum... just an in-game RP server. But still, this is the wrong place for that.

Bottom line: checking the rules before you post something is a good thing
