Two small problems, help needed.
I'm having a two small problems with KotOR. Both of the games.
(Two small problems for a real modder, one large headache for me, that is.)
One of the problems concerns the usage of Miles Sound Tools, for listening (and converting) of KotOR sound- and musicfiles.
My problem, you see, is that I cannot decompress or do anything with the files. Every time I click on the 'decompress'-button, it says it cannot find any codec "for requested input type". Now, why does it say that? And why can I not convert them to any other kind of format, like mp3?
I've also tried GoldWave, but it cannot open the files without freezing.
My second problem, is concerning heads.
I've made a fairly simple mod, only to test texturing and a bit of .2da editing, whereas I have two new heads, with new textures for both the body in underwear, and heads.
The first head and body appears correctly, like a green Twi'lek female.
The second one, which is supposed to be blue (Ruthian, isn't it?), refuses to accept the texture for the blueish head, but uses the blue underwear textures.
I assume this has something to do with the fact that I just re-used the green Twi'lek's .mdl and .mdx-files, since the body texture works perfectly. But how do I make the models texture-pointers, point to the blue head?
This one is for KotOR mainly, and possibly for TSL.
Help is much appreciated.
If I'm not making any sense, please tell me, and I'll try to explain better.
