If you downloaded it illegally then the chances are that the music, voices, and cutscenes were deleted from the download by whoever distributed it.
This was a common technique popularly employed by people distributing illegal games a number of years ago as it made the file sizes much smaller, which was good back when the majority of people didn't have broadband.
Your only real option is to either buy a proper copy of the game (which I realise may be difficult these days, although it should still be somewhere online), or find a better source.
