Yeah I heard about that problem Pie. I use my computer monitor to play Wii with 2 speakers and the bass so its not a problem for me.

Also TiE I didn't mean to sound like I'm convincing him to get it for Wii. If I had a 360 I would probably get it for that also. Wii has a few nice perks but 360 is probably the best version.

I wasn't planning on getting the Wii version. I was simply asking how it was, because I hadn't heard anything about it.

Yeah, I think it was. And if you ask me, since they motion captured all the other movements, they should've done the same with the drummer, because it looked too unreal.

But I did like the song choices, and trying my best at Dragonforce on Expert.

I was directing it to Bongo.

Whoops. :V Essentially, I wasn't telling you to "Not get the Wii verison." But to "Get the 360 version."

OH NOES I didn't punctuate right on the internet...... and some of those capital letters were code to hyper speed or acronyms used within the game ....

P.S. with scores like these... I don't need to use the shift key for your approval.

thanks!

Maybe I'm getting worn out on GH... but this game just isn't the same as GH2... I don't think the song selection is quite as good..

GH2 probably had the best song list out of all the games so far.

I didn't have GH2 but I've played it and I think the selection is much better in 3.

Just wait for the "Anniversary Edition" in 5 years, it'll probably have all songs from the first 3 games.

Played it, loved it. Good to have some old songs to play in there, Rock You Like a Hurricane, Hit Me With Your Best Shot, School's Out, Sunshine of Your Love, Paint it, Black, this was real music.

More or less unrelated, but I'm confused on the proper grammar of the song title. I always thought it was "Paint it Black", as Mick Jagger wants to turn everything black as he is depressed, presumably because of his chronic and massive impotency. However, by adding a comma in "Paint it, Black", the song suddenly turns from that of a tale of woe to that of racism: instead of crying that he has lost a loved one, Jagger now simply wants to find an African that will paint his room for him because, again presumably, he's a lazy, coked up rock singer.

Granted, the song lyrics don't support the second interpretation, but I'll just say that for this argument he had ADD and had simply forgotten the original intention of the song by the time he was singing.

Well even before Keith Richards I always knew rock artists were out of their tree.

I think it's a song about depression rather than about racism, though I'll ask a friend about it to make sure. Looking up the song Wikipedia tells of it's use in the media such as Full Metal Jacket and Twisted Metal, media that is grim, depressing, very much in keeping in tune with the song. As far as I know it's never been an anthem for black\anti black pride.

I wasn't expecting a serious response.

I'm just commenting on why it's odd to place a comma within the title, considering it confers an entirely different meaning.

Besides the fact that the Wii version only is offered in monotone, which is a real shame, the main draw back is its inability to add songs in the future. Presently the Wii version will not allow future "expansions" of songs to be downloaded at a later date unlike Xbox360. Granted they would charge you $10 for the new content but if you are going to pay $90 for a game a few dollars more never deterred most gamers.
