Manny won't stop walking

Hi,

I've played this game several times since it came out and recently reinstalled it (and patches) to play it once again. I'm having an issue that I never had before where Manny is constantly moving forward. This happens regardless of whether I'm pressing the forward button. This began on an overhead scene in the Petrified Forest. The walking animation is present, so I don't think it's related to those problems posted in the forum. Any help, please? Anyone?

Do you have a joystick plugged in? Or do you sometimes have one plugged in? If so, try disabling it via Windows device manager (right click, disable).

Try toggling the scroll lock key.

Go into Windows' accessibility options and make sure 'StickyKeys' and all that stuff is turned off.

If none of that helps, try to think of what might make your computer configuration different to most people's. Do you have a fancy/irregular keyboard?
