No guarantees that that will actually move the plot along, though. In the future you can just as easily figure this out yourself by downloading KotOR tool and looking up the item in the proper module. This way you don't waste two days waiting for someone to tell you.

Also, since it is a module/quest specific item you probably need to be in the area in the game it can usually be found (the dragon cave area) when using that console command in order for it to work.
