Can anyone host a server using a certain map?

Could anyone host FFA or Team FFA server with using THIS map?
I can't host myself as my, my mother's and my brother's computers are connected to the same wifi connection..
So, could anyone PLEASE host this?
I don't know why but I love this map.

Do you mean you don't want to impact on the up/down speed of the other users? Because there's no real reason why you wouldn't be physically able to host, just because you're on a network.
If anything, you'd get a smoother game by hosting on one of their computers and playing on yours

When I host, no one sees the server..So yeah..Next time post only when you are willing to host <.<
