I've been browsing through the screenshots (and downloaded the latest release, of course!) and noticed something amiss. I seem to remember the planet Fest being mainly grey, but in the screenshots on the site it appears brown.
Lucas Arts has been inconsistent with their Fest data. In the original Dark Forces, Fest had an orangish sky (see texture ietstsky.tga) while the surface was gray. In Rogue Squadron for N64, Fest looked snowy with a beige sky. We tried out a couple of different skyboxes for that level and settled on the one you now see. It may not be completely accurate, but that's the way it goes sometimes . . .
