Just Curiouse

What's a song that you cannot listen to for any reason at all
Mine'd have to be
Amazing Grace
Ava Maria
and anything with bagpipes

all for the same reason

Ahh, I guess that's a completely different case then. I can understand when they'd be difficult to listen to.

I'd have to say that I can't stand anything with pointless screaming.

In fact, I can't listen to anything that's Screamo or Emo.

And the screaming in "Careful With That Axe, Eugene" is far from pointless.

Yeah I'm not a fan of screamo or emo, or country. But I think I could listen to them if my life depended on it.

I'm with Moel here. I generally like to keep away from this type of music.

Pretty much most of the bulls*** that's out on the radio right now.

Most rap, all country, all the stupid giggily pop bulls***, emo and all of it's derivitives, metal that thinks that constant screaming like they're constipated all the time is music, and, as IG said, anything with Fergie.

I'm sure I could come up with some more, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head

I was going to say no rap, but I love Fort Minor.

Well, I guess they're more of a modern Hip Hop band than a Rap group, so...

No rap, either.

Most rap, most country, all screamingbandswithoutagoodleadsinger, and...yeah that's it I think. I had to say most on the first two because there are some songs I enjoy with those labels, but not many.

Battle is a pure form of expression. It is heart and discipline, reduced to movement and motion. In battle, the words are swept away, giving way to actions-- mercy, sacrifice, anger, fear. These are pure moments of expression.

I actually like a lot of stuff that is out on the radio now. Why? No clue, I just grew to like that stuff again. I still love classic rock, but that's all it is really: classic. You can't make classic rock again, so I look for something new. So I'm saying it: I don't mind Fergie, I don't mind rap, and I only slightly mind country. I love that song "Alyssa Lies"...it's sad and sweet, and if you don't like it, then well, you like Star Trek. o_o

Rap, Hip-Hop, the bull**** Pop that's on most of the time (barring several exceptions) and such. Also throw in most garage bands and punk bands (not *all*). I haven't listened to any emo music yet, but I'm pretty sure I won't ever.

Rap from the last 3 years. Any country music in general. Pretty boy rock bands that have whiny voices (namely Fallout Boy). Southern ballards from the 70's... Other than that I could listen to rock, classical, southern rock, metal, bagpipes, anything.

Country, punk rock (especially bull**** like Fallout Boy, Greenday, and Sum 41), death/goth metal, emo rock, weird 80s rock, pop, and I think that's about it.

I like some classic rock (The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Lynyrd Skynyrd), and I mostly listen to alternative rock (Incubus and RHCP FTW). Coldplay I like as well, and I have an odd attraction to the Bourne movie soundtracks - techno/electronic/rock perhaps? Radiohead is tight, and Nirvana rocks too.

And I for some reason can stand rap. Something about listening to "This is Why I'm Hot" while driving around with the bass on the highest setting is oddly satisfying. Rap isn't what I listen to, but I do listen to rap every once in a while, if you get what I'm saying.

Oh, and reggaeton is pure kickass.

I can stand classical and jazz, but I don't listen to them, and they don't bother me at all.

:P

Now that I have told you all my life story, I shall exit.
