It's a goof-off video the LucasArts staff made for sharing between themselves, presumably right at the beginning of the 90s. The YouTube comments appear to be from staff of the time.

That becomes kind of obvious after watching it for a minute, but seeing as there's no description of what it actually is in the thread I figured I'd take the liberty of providing one. ;

Note that Carla Green is "Carla the Swordmaster" in Monkey Island 1... and the character's outfit and text colour were, you guessed it, green!

I'd love to see Avril Harrison (is that right?) who modelled for Elaine!
