"Okay, I don't know how to say this, so I'll just say it" He took a deep breath, "I think I'm in love with you" he said.

A man with dark skin and holding a blaster in his hand walked up to Garrett "hey you need to put that away pal" he said, Garrett smirked "are you going to make me" the man pressed the blaster against Garrett's chest, he smiled then lifted his right hand and the man was thrown back against the bar making bottles of liquid smash to the ground. He got up and ran at Garrett but was lifted off his feet and his throat felt like it was closing and he couldn't breath, Garrett let out a laugh then let the man fall to the floor gasping for air.

Her eyes went wide and blushed deep crimson "I-I...."

"I'm sorry, I couldn't hold it in any longer," he said, and he smiled.

She looked down at her hands nervously "i'm glad you told me don't be sorry" she looked back up at his face then to her hands "i think i might love you too" she mumbled

On the way out Garrett heard the man sputter out "I used to have a slave just like you, FREAKS THE LOT OF YA!" Garrett turned around and looked into the mans face, this was the slave trader that Lynx had described "you are the one who held Lynx" Garrett muttered "yeah I did, too bad I let her go, she was useful" Garrett's left hand instantly shot out towards the man and lightning bolts shot down all on his body, he let out a scream and started to writhe around on the ground in pain, the electric bolts jumping and darting around on his skin, starting to wrinkle and age it, little holes started to form in his skin and blood leaked out, Garrett finally drew his lightsaber and sliced the mans head off to end his suffering. He stormed out of the cantina is a storm of anger and rage.

He smiled wider and quickly kissed her.

Her nervousness melted away and she smiled and returned his sweet kiss.

He wrapped his arms around her held her, "I don't think I've ever been this happy," he said.

Garrett used the force to quickly bolt through the desert and to his ship, he jumped into the cockpit and quickly flew off back to Avys 2.

She smiled and leaned into his arms "neither have i"

Todrin had to say it again, "I love you."

"I love you too" she said this time with confidence

Hours later Garrett was back in his apartment laying on his bed when he heard 3 knocks on his apartment door, he opened the door and 3 Jedi knights were standing at his door "Garrett Alude', we have a warrant for your arrest on accounts of murder" Garrett started to laugh "yeah right" and slammed the door in his face, seconds later the door was cut down and the Jedi had their lightsabers extended towards him, Garrett smirked and his lightsaber shot out of his bedroom and as soon as it hit his hand it activated and he flourished it around before pointing it directly at the middle Jedi's chest.

Lynx was jerked out of her hapiness by sounds of shouting she lept from Todrin's arms and ran to the hall and saw the door to gar's room cut down. she walked to the thresh hold "Garett stop" she called out

Todrin said, "Garretts in trouble, he has fallen to the Dark Side, you stay here." Todrin said and took off towords Garretts appartment.

Garrett saw Lynx but knew there was now no turning back, it was now kill or be killed. All three of the lightsabers came down on him at the same time and he blocked all of them with one movement of his lightsaber, his knees buckled under the force of the three Jedi pushing down on his lightsaber, but he quickly felt himself fill with a new strength and pushed all of them off, then quickly spun his saber behind his back and chopped one of the Jedi in half, he sensed a lightsaber coming towards his back and his left hand quickly shot backwards sending the Jedi crashing into the wall. Garrett then quickly exchanged multiple blows with the Jedi that talked to him out of the three, the Jedi he had thrown back ran at him with his Lightsaber raised over his head and Garrett quickly backstepped and stabbed him in the chest and with that same fluid motion blocked a hit from the remaining Jedi, they were locked in a power struggle, fighting for who would push who's Lightsaber to the ground but Garrett's free hand shot bolts of lightning into the Jedi's legs which sent him falling to the ground. Garrett lifted his ligtsaber vertical of the Jedi's back and plunged it down killing the man.

Lynx looked on in horror as the last jedi fall. She looked up at Garett and walked into his room stepping over the bodies her face calm "garett" she said slowly "you promised me you would not go back"

Todrin reached out and threw Gar back yelling,"Lynx RUN!"

"Lynx, they left me no choice" he said looking her in the eye.

"I am not running Todrin" said Lynx she looked down at garett.

"why were they arressting you?" she asked trying to buy time so she could muster the courage to draw her saber

"He's a murdrer"

Garrett felt himself being thrown back, but he was determined to answer Lynx "I killed that slaveholder you told me about in a cantina on Tatooine"

"he is my friend first" she said to Todrin

Garett's words sunk in "you killed him?" besides her self she felt releif was over her she was finnaly fully free of him "oh gods" she shook her head she was happy the trader was dead but at garetts hand this could not be

Garrett looked at her "yes...I killed him" he said with sorrow in his voice "and now I have killed 3 men who never wronged anybody...what have I become"

"Garrett, I understand what you're going through"

She looked to Todrin "how could you know" it dawned on her "gods no"

Garrett looked over at Todrin quizzically for a second then he remembered him from somewhere "no" he said "it can't be"

"I am Darth Marauder, apprentice of your masters killer, I was sent by him to kill you, but I can't. I love Lynx too much."

"Kill me if you wish"

Garrett jumped up "I remembered seeing you, I thought you were just a random person, I think thats why I have been having these nightmares" he said then his robe quickly shot to his hand and he burst out of the room.

Lynx felt her world falling apart her best friend and the one she loved both sith now she had been ready to kill garett if she must but this was to much. She stumbled back wards and leaned against the wall for support.

"I am sorry"

Lynx stayed silent she felt like she was going to cry for the first time in years she put her hand over her mouth and shook her head "this ca't be happening"

"Please, kill me, I deserve it!" Todrin yelled.

Garrett jumped into his ship and flew off towards Dantooine, he landed on the planet and walked for hours until he came to a small cottage in the middle of the forest, once he opened the door he was faced with a huge cave filled with Qixoni Crystals.

Her head snapped up at his words. She wrose to her feet and walked up to him she covered his mouth with her hand and pushed him against the wall "If i was perfectly sane i would kill you but my heart wont let me," she moved her hand of his mouth and kissed him deeply. She ended the kiss and fled the room she ran to the landing pad and saw garett's vessel missing "blast" she muttered going to the comn unit.

Todrin savoured the kiss while it lasted, when Lynx left he followed her.
