My first thought would be that someone changed the starting position.
Where did you get the shots from?

They're just parts of the background. Though I've never seen that sentry droid before.

You could get to one "secret" area by placing your PC in a corner somewhere (don't ask me the details, though, I think you can find those if you do a search), but there wasn't much to see except a female Republic Soldier, and the walkmeshes were broken all over the place.

Yeah, they were probably cut areas of Citadel Station, and now aare nothing more than parts of the background.
I think Achilles is on to something with the G0T0 idea...one time I got G0T0 stuck in the Narr Shaddaa central pit because he floats over the railings. Too bad I couldn't just leave him there. *sigh*

Okay, I think I've got it.
Assuming it was module 202tel, I had a little play, changed the start position and :
Where you're meant to be is the top part of image two, just outside Grenn's office.
It's semi pointless as you can't really get anywhere beyond the one big platform, but there might be some slightly bigger sections than this to explore. Might have more of a play later.

The area seems pretty useless. Whether it was cut content, or intended, there's nothing to do there. Someone can make a mod, and spice it up.
