KOTOR Tool can't find....

I'm trying to do a custom lightsaber thing and i got to find the texture packs and KT cant find them. Does anyone know why this is happening? BTW its for KOTOR 1

KotOR 1 -> ERFs -> TexturePacks.

Do you mean you can't find the texture packs (in case, see Da_man's post)

OR do you mean KotOR Tool can't see/build the file trees?
If that's the case, have you set the game's install path in KT's preferences settings yet?
