"Redemption"

Does anyone know how to progress through the "Redemption" quest on dantooine? The only thing that seems to update it is talking to Tarn next to the Ebon Hawk. Or is it like the fuel quest on Telos, where you can start it but can't finish it because necessary dialogue needed to move on is missing? If so, does anyone know if it will it be restored in TSLRP?

The ability to finish the quest was cut, yes. And yes, the TSLRP will be fixing it. Even if it wasn't, the TSLCR, or the Next Restoration Mod will fix it.
