If you're asking for helo or advice, it generally helps to give a detailed explanation of what it is you want.
Simply posting something like "is there a tut on this" is NOT helpful to the rest of us.

im looking to edit a robe and armor to make them look different is there a tutorial on modelling them
EDIT*I did actually look in tuts but didnt understand if body mesh was anything to do with robes?

Please look for tutorials before you ask. There are several listed on the first page of the appropriate tutorial forum. A quick glance over that location would have saved you some time.
