Ello Elllo. I'm wondering if i can spawn Npc's or such like swoops and that can i do that in kotor 2 TSL?

Nope, unless you install a cheat band that can be found here. That band will also let you do a number of other interesting things, read the readme to figure out how to use it.

I take it you can't find a way to open the front door again? Explore the academy until you locate a Computer Panel that lets you log in as a student. Once you complete the level 1/2 training, then it will unlock some doors for you to explore and find a way out.

Nope, skinning is far beyond my ability. I'm a scripter mainly. However, you can always check out the skinning tutorials on this page for some tips. Ask in the Holowan Laboratory forum; there are people vastly more skilled than I in that area.

Yes, I have made many little tweaks to TSL to enhance the difficulty and balance of game items. I've also worked in creating new items, namely in adding lightsaber crystals and editing saber colors. I'm also learning to script.

To be honest, I'm really busy working on a mod right now. When I'm done, I'll see what kind of tutorial I can whip up. In the meantime, you should check out the tutorials already written by others in the Holowan Laboratories. These are some good tutorials to start with.
