A filibuster-proof Senate is now out of reach for the Democrats, regardless of how things turn out in Minnesota. It will be interesting to see how this pans out for the Obama administration. Luckily, I don't think he was counting on having 60 anyway.
You see any of the hubbub over Palin's 11th hour intervention? *shudders*
Oh well, at least I still have the Coleman/Franken race to keep me entertained. One headline proclaimed that Franken was now ahead by 4. Part of me hopes he loses. That way Coleman can shoot himself in the foot over the whole wardrobe controversy (what is it with Republicans and clothing?) and Franken can win in a landslide in 2014.
