i want carrot cake. 
I finally hooked up router so i can be online and on xbox live at the same time! 
I feel great, now that i've accomplished something with my day, and being sick as ever too! (i feel as if i've smoked a carton of cheap cigerretes)
just played a few games......GRAW 2 or CoD4, not sure which i like more as far as online.....GRAW 2 would be great if all the matches weren't 'headquarters' or 'headquarters, pistols only'.....blah!!!!
CoD4 is cool, very addicting...i couldn't stop playing.
the new maps i don't care for...i can see now why people veto them....creek is pretty cool though.  broadcast is too confusing.

I think it's the USB cable. need to get my other box/software i have for the one that got stolen and use that usb cable...or just go get a card reader.

had a real weird dream last night.
I was in seattle and somehow met this tall attractive woman, with long sandy blond hair. she worked at this nearby high end knicknack store. You know the kind that have tables set up with fine china, or ming vases. We met at the hotel bar since she goes there after she is done with work and we hit it off. She invites me with some friends to get somethign to eat and we kind of find excuses to keep seeing eachother. FInally one of her friends ask her "What do you see in him" and she goes into a 15-30 minute rant extoling all my virtues, and that she is sick of all the other guys who only see her as a slab of meat to keep warm in bed and that she would be perfectly willing to drop everything and move in with me since i have worked hard for everything in my life.
It ends with us in a car and me asking her for a date "just to make sure" even tho she has already made up her mind who she wants to stay with
if only that could have been real life

Spent the day parting with our crew. Loads of junk food. Video games on a giant screen and big P.A. system.
Got pwned at everything I tried. (I officially suck at Rock Band, Modern Warfare, Halo 3...)
Note to self: Never play any electronic game against anyone born after the year you graduated high school.
Walked a bit after the party. Ran into my actress friend on the subway on the way home. Made for a nice ride, for a change.
We made plans to meet up on the way to the party she is throwing Friday night.
I might go out later tonight... but the later it gets the less I'm feeling it.
My mom had the chimney cleaned today. It cost a fortune. (MORE THAN 13-HUNDRED BUCKS!!!)
They had a whole song and dance about how they had to do a bunch of repair work... and that it was so bad that they would have had to shut off the furnace if she didn't have it done immediately.
I wish I could have been here. I can't help but think they might put the runaround on my 79-year old mom. Stinks of a scam...
I think I'll look up their business on the BBB website...

I just love the irony of being booed off the stage playing a video-game version of songs I have actually played on a real stage on a real guitar for real audiences. 
I'm actually getting OK at the guitar and bass. I can keep my accuracy over 90% on most songs at easy and medium.
That fell off a bit at higher settings... but I usually made it all the way to the end without getting failing completely.
Hitting all the rhythms are easy for me. Getting my fingers on the right buttons, especially on the chords, is where I get tripped up.

heh well i yelled at my mom on the phone today...just cause i have a little cold she is like 'you sound like you did when you were at basic' big ****ing deal. then she proceeded to say 'maybe you won't be able to pass the pt test etc' so i was like 'yeah, that's what you wish.' why can't people that are close to me just let me ****ing be instead of putting me down like that? and my she's insisting on coming over and putting up curtains today...after that comment earlier i'm pretty pissed off.
i wish everyone would realize i'm trying to join the army out of doing something for myself and i'm not running away or using it as a plan b or whatever, and i've thought long about it for a few years, so it's not just a rash decision. every time i've talked to them about it they gone and tried talking me out of it, for what reason? there's no reason to waste anymore time waiting for something that doesn't exist.

haven't been since i got that cold. (it's been a week) it's almost run its course and i'm going running today to help clear it out faster. actually am about to leave right now. i haven't gone running on this road in over 2 years.
