any hints/tips/tuts for gamemonkey script integration with JKA?

I had a tutorial on doing this on my old website, its now down but archive.org managed to archive it so you can find it here:

Its for client side but it isn't very difficult to get it server side, I can also help people with integrating Squirrel.
